In the that Jubilee Theatre cancels a performance, all tickets will be exchanged to a future performance of the same production with no fees or upgrade charges.
Jubilee Theatre does not have a traditional “Will Call” because our tickets are digital.
As long as you have either, the order #, name on the order, or your ID; you may gain entrance to our audience chamber. You do not need a paper ticket.
