With such a small staff, Jubilee relies heavily on its community of volunteers to help support the theatre and keep things running efficiently. Volunteering is a fun and rewarding way to get involved with the theatre. Jubilee volunteers participate in the life of the organization through many different avenues including:

• Ushering during weekend performances
• Distributing production playbills
• Assisting patrons to their seats
• Other creative means of support
